Terms & Conditions – Normal Driving Lessons

  1.  You must hold a valid provisional driving licence. Let your instructor know if there are any changes to your licence.
  2. If you cancel a lesson or test with less than 48 hours’ notice, you’ll still need to pay in full. Please cancel by calling your instructor directly.
  3. Block bookings are non-refundable, but you can transfer them to another DriveTeach instructor (same transmission type: manual or automatic). They must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase and paid in full upfront.
  4. Your instructor can refuse use of the car for your driving test if they feel you are not ready.

  5. Car hire for practical driving test is £150.
    Additional lesson hours are charged separately.
    (This does not include the DSA test fee.)

  6. During your driving test, you are responsible for the instructor’s vehicle. If there’s an accident, you may be liable for the insurance excess (up to £500).

  7. Prices shown online or in adverts may change without notice.

  8. Block booking offers are available on weekdays only and are limited to one offer per person.

  9. Offers are non-transferable.
  10. Lesson prices may vary depending on your postcode.
